I always think a good way to get to know other aquarists is by understanding their favorite types of fish, let's share our favorite family, and favorite species.
Mine:
Family: I honestly can't choose between tangs and wrasses. I've liked tangs since I was a kid; I like the way wrasse swim and they are gorgeous fish. It's a toss up for me.
Species: Maroon Clown. I've always liked clowns. When I discovered they exist in the maroon and yellow/gold combination I was hooked.
Mine is a toss up between an Onyx clown or the Yellow Tang. I've got both in my tank. I've tried a total of 6 time to keep a yellow tang. I guess the 6th try was my lucky number.
